Brophy, Lothrop, Teer and Superintendent Welch were present. Mr. Teer acted as Chairman. Voted to continue War Risk Insurance on various Department assets from July 1, 1943 to July 1, 1944- Hearing at 944.Hearing -at 8:00 P.M. on proposed storm drain easement through Wescroft Park. Following persons present: Mr. Harry N. Sprague In favor Ethel A. Hodgkins In favor Ethel L. Hodgkins In favor Dorothy H. Swanson In favor George R. Wilson In favor John H. Haskell In favor Harold A. Swanson In favor H. D. Smith - By letter In favor It was voted to make .the taking as per the plan used at the hearing. Signed Order of Taking. Voted to give regular employees, in so far as possible, their two-week vacation all together either during the last two weeks in July or the first two weeks in August. Voted following role locations : Haverhill St. - Poles No. 12/102 - 12/119 and 12/122 q changed from A. T. & T. Co. to Mun. 1 Light Dept. Received letter from Selectmen authorizing Board to use and control former W. P. A. trucks .
