Davis, Brophy, Tear and Superintendent Welch were present. - - Records of previous meeting read and approved. Following Granolithic Sidewalk application received, approved, and placed on file: ' Raymond B. Temple 32 Hillcrest Road Voted following pole locations: High St. - Pole No. 41/36 - Relocated 26' northerly Haverhill St. - Poles 40/64 to 40/78 inclusive changed from T of R to J.O. Mill St. - Poles 62/2 to 62/8 inclusive changed from T of R to J.O. Voted to authorize the rental of Dept. tractors to private citizens for Victory Garden plowing purposes. Voted to introduce motions at Town Meeting contrary to recommendations of the Finance Committee. Voted to write Selectmen requesting them to give this Department preferential treatment when they dispose of the W. P . A. equipment. Board adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
