Lindsay, Putnam, Brophy, Davis, and Superintendent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Hearing at 8:00 P. M. on acceptance as a public way, of a portion. of Prospect St, extended, approx- 184 ft, northerly from the end of the present public way. Following present: Frank Merrill - In favor Oscar Huppy - n it Melveille Weston - " " by letter Voted to recommend to the Town the acceptance as a public way, an extension of Prospect St, approx. 184 ft, from the end of , the present public way. Signed plans and reports for above. Voted to recommend to Town the acceptance as a public way, an a xtension of Belmont St, approx. 500 ft, northerly from Orange St. Signed plans and reports for above. Received notice from Selectmen: - Town meeting warrant closes Feb. 15, 1939. Voted abatement of $ 2.00 on Water bill of Mr. Arthur Pierce, Vine St. Voted abatement of ; 9.05 on water bill of Mr. R.F.Kennedy, 26 Winthrop Ave. Signed Petition to State Legislature to amend Chap. 314, Acts 1909. 29'x' Signed release of curbing assessment placed on Property ' Bee Tzizick, 467 Main St. in 1938.
