Topics of Discussion:
Call to order at 6:32pm
Discussion on new vaping ban by the Governor.
o Board made the decision to send letters and emails out to establishments
about the new ban.
o Board authorized Eleanor Shonkoff to approve the final review of the letters
to be sent out.
- New inspector introduced, Daniel Markman.
o Daniel introduced himself and talked about his experience in the field.
o Kevin Sexton asked if he did field inspections before and felt comfortable
doing them by himself moving forward.
o Kevin Sexton made a motion to appoint Daniel Markman as a health
inspector for the Board of Health.
• Eleanor Shonkoff 2"d.
3-0 vote was taken to appoint.
Kevin Sexton asked to add an agenda item to all future Board agenda packets for
"unanticipated events within 48 hours of posted meeting."
- Future BOH meeting dates where discussed and set.
Kevin Sexton made motion to adjourn.
