The regular meeting of the Board of Public works opened at
7:30 P. M.
Messrs. Putnam, Fowls Bancroft, Barnes, and Superintendent
Welch were present,
Messrs, Andrew Zanni, Stephen Wardsworth, F. E. Carter,
Mermot Dykens, E. A. Dykens, J. A. O'Neil were present at the hearing
under the Board of Survey on the acceptance of Hartshorn Street,
Extension to Bancroft Avenue ,
Messrs, Perry and Dominic Zanni were present at the hearing
under the Board of Survey on the acceptance of Eaton St, from Green
to Lake Avenue.
Mr, Andrew Christensen, Mrs, Viola Miller, representing George
E. Land Est. , and Mrs. Flint were present at the hearing under the
Board of Survey on the acceptance of Sunny side Avenue.
Acommunication was received from L. F. Quimby regarding a
possible location of the Municipal Garage.
Superintendent recommends an abatement in the cater bill of
Mrs. rances Seiler, 4 Woodward AVe, in amount of $p`4.20. Voted so,.
Mr. Orvill Poland appeared to discuss the possiblilties of
employing Welfare men on the .;card of Public Works payroll.
A letter of rssimnation was received from Elmer P. Crooker,Jr.
which was accepted with regret. The resignation to take effect as of
January 31.
Board adjourned at 12:09 A. M.

February 1st.
This action. made necessary for business
