Reading, Mass. , Oct. 7, 1932.
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Public Works was called
to order at 7:30 P.M.
Messrs . Hartshorn, Putnam, Merrill, Fairclough and the
Superintendent wers. present. -
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Bids for cast iron pipe were opened, and are as follows:-

A letter was received from the Selectmen notifying us of a
meeting in Room 19 Municipal Building relative to Municipal salaries
and wages for the year 1933. As many members as possible are
requested to be present.
A letter from Mr. Davis , the Town Counsel, relative to
shutting off the water at #8 Middlesex Ave. was received- and read.
The Superintendent submitted a plan and estimate for the
construction of the drain in Weston Road in the amount of
$1,037.80 see copy filed herewith.
