Hartshorn William T. Fairclough Superintendent. Permission was granted the N. E. Tel & Tel. and Municipal Light Department jointly to re-locate 1 pole on Highland Street, from Lowell Street northerly, approximately 2431 . An application and plan was received from The Bel-Don Motors, Inc, for permit to erect electric sign on building at corner of Haven and Linden. Streets. Referred to Mr, Barnes, Building Inspector for approval. Permission was granted R. A . Lufkin to erect sign on building at 190 Main Street in accordance with plan submitted, Mr. Arthur Gray met with the Board and explained damage to house at 17 Kingston Street which he claimed was caused by blasting on November 19-26 in connection with the construction of the Kingston Street drain. Referred to Town Counsel. Voted to increase pay of George Putnam, foreman Water Depart- ment, from $42.00 to $45.00 per week. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. Respectfully submitted: (Signed) Harold W.
