Vernon St. , complained of nlugged catch basin that floods adjacent property. Referred to Mr. Collins. Mr. Pearl Burgess, complains of corner being cut away by traffic at Dudley and Deering Sts. Instructed Mr. Collins to install curbing at the corner. Voted to purchase 5100' of 6" centrifugal pipe from the U.S. Cast Iron Pipe & Foundry Co. Cd $.67 per foot F.O.B. Reading, for use on Van Norden Rd. and Longwood Rd. Voted to purchase 5000 lbs. Omaha Pig Lead from Richard's Co. Inc. , (�, $.07 3/4 F.O.B. Reading. . Mr. Parker of the Planning Board met with our Board to discuss plans of the improvement of Reading, Sonars. Mr. Collins instructed to advertise for bids for construction of water mainsonVan Norden Rd. and Longwood Rd. when sidelines of street are located. The following vote was passed regarding the Temple St. Sewer: Ordered: That the Board estimates that the lots of abutting land on both sides of Temple St. will receive benefit, or advantage beyond the general advantage to all real estate in Reading, because of the improvements here made and that each of the lots be assessed better- ments as shown on the list attached herewith and shown on a plan marked "Temple Street Sewer" and on file in the office of the Board ' of Public Works.
