Black: Mr. Black appeared in regard to his application for acceptance of his plan showing proposed street leading from North Main St. opposite Highland Rd. Mr. Hobbs and Mr. Owen being the only members present, Mr. Black was informed no official .action would be taken at this time, but that the matter would receive attention at the regular meeting on Nov. 26, 1926, and that he would be notified of the Board's decision by mail; that it would not be necessary for him to appear again in regard to this matter. Call Mr. Collins attention to conditions at Pratt and Prescott ' Sts. It will be necessary to install catch basins there. Water was over the sidewalk this morning, 11-19-26. (Signed) J. W.
