Lindsay, Putnam, Smith, Webb and Superintendent Welch were present . Preliminary hearing at 9:00 P. M. on proposed layout for so-called Winslow Road and Glenmere Rd. Locus is so-called Moody Farm off West St. opposite King St. and Fremont St. Following persons present: R. R. Burhoe Philip White - Planning Board Walter Berry - Lloyd David - W. P. Burhoe - Developer Frederick Adams - Consultant to Developer Robert Kennedy - Architect " " Winthrop Parker - Planning Board George Pease - " " Voted to require developer to install all proposed drainage in proposed streets and outlets thereto and to further require developer to bring all proposed streets to a grade 12 inches below final finished grade. Board withheld decision on piping open ditches pending receipt of further information. Board adjourned 10:00 P. M. Respectfully submitted: Secretary
