Tuesday,June 25, 2019
Pursuant to a meeting legally posted,the meeting of June 25, 2019 convened at 6:00 P.M. in the
Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street,Reading Town Hall.
Present: Virginia Blodgett, Chairman
Ron Stortz,Vice Chairman
William Brown, Secretary
Carl McFadden
Brian Boyle
Absent: Caitlin Salmon
Also Present: Jane Kinsella, DPW Director
Michael Hannaford, Supervisor
Michael O'Halloran,Administrative Specialist
Review of Past Meetine Minutes
The Minutes of April 30, 2019 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 5-0 on a motion by Ron
Stortz and seconded by Carl McFadden.
General Business
The Board welcomed the newest member, Brian Boyle. The Board unanimously voted Virginia
Blodgett as Chairman,Ron Stortz as Vice Chairman, and Bill Brown as Secretary.
The Board had a general discussion on future development, scattering garden, double depth
graves etc.

The Board asked Jane if we could hire Elise Ciregna as a consultant for a scattering garden. She
will look into it.
Bill Brown stated that he had attended the RMLD solar workshop and did not feel it would
benefit us as of now, but will stay in contact with RMLD.
The Board reviewed the letter from Andrea Simpson, and Michael O'Halloran will draft a reply.
Both Michaels stated that there are still some defiant people about the regulations, but only a
handful;otherwise,things are going well. The new regulation signs are up and for the most part,
working well, still some dog walkers.
Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 6:40 PM. The next meeting of the Board will be Tuesday, September
10,2019.
