Florence, Harrison, Kilgore and Superin- tendent Welch present . Records of previous meeting read and approved . Mr. Florence acted as Secretary. Considered and discussed report of Superintendent on proposed Randall Road, Board of Survey Plan which runs from West Street to near County Road. Since Burhoe does not own all the abutting land the approval of the entire plan was deemed inadvisable . It was therefor agreed to allow Burhoe to submit a plan covering only three lots. These lots are lettered A-B & C., and are the three most westerly lots on the northerly side of proposed Randall Road. Considered plan submitted by George Lanni for a proposed lot which is 470 feet west of Main Street and which does not abut on any existing or pproposed way. It was moved, seconded and voted to submit the plan to the Town Counsel for an opinion as to whether or not the Board can endorse the plan as not requiring the approval of the Board of Survey. Considered plan of proposed lots (Nos. 18-19-20) on Lawrence Road, submitted oy Dana Perkins & Sons, Inc., Surveyors. It is proposed to make two lots out of three lots. Proposed lots have legal frontage and area. It was moved, seconded and voted to authorize Superintendent to en- dorse plan as not requiring the approval of the Board of Survey.
