July 28, 1958
A meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:00 P. M. in Room
14, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Donahue, Messrs. Harrison, Florence,
Zanni, Kilgore and Acting Superintendent Putnam.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Secretary Zanni read the Notice of Hearing regarding the
Acceptance of Lines and Grades of Randall Road which runs in a Wes-
terly and Southerly direction from West Street.
This notice was legally published in the heading Chronicle issue
Of July 17, 1958.
Present at the Hearing were the following listed citizens, who
expressed their opinion on the proposed layout as noted:
Thomas A. Perkins & Olive Marie Perkins, 1 Springvale Road, Heading _Yes
Douglas W. Burhoe, 64 Glenmere Circle, Reading, - Yes
No action taken, new work plans requested of Douglas Burhoe.

Municipal Building.
Present at the meeting were Chairman Donahue, Messrs. Harrison,
Florence, Zanni, Kilgore and Acting Superintendent Putnam.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Secretary 'Lanni read the notice of hearing regarding the acceptance
of the lines and grades of Mark Avenue, which runs from the approved por-
tion a distance of 494.00 feet more or less to a dead end.
This notice was legally published in the Reading Chronicle issue of
Thursday July 17, 1958.
Present at the hearing were the following listed citizens, who
expressed their opinions on the proposed layout as noted:

After the hearing it was moved, seconded and voted to approve the
lines and grades of Mark Avenue and to sign the plans upon receipt of the
properly executed construction bond.
Meting adjourned at 8:45 P. M .
