co A meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:UO P. 11.
Present were Chairman Johnson; Messes. Hopkins, Donahue, Kilgore
and Superintendent Putnam.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.
Hearing under the Board of Survey regarding acceptance of the
lines and grades of four proposed roads in the Westsyde Oaks Development.
Chairman Johnson announced that, as all interested abutters were present ,
the duly advertised public hearings on all four streets would be held
concurrently.
Secretary Donahue then read the following notioes of Public Hearings:
Gleason Road Extension; acceptance o:U, lines and grades from the present
terminus of Gleason Road, Northerly and Easterly to Pine Ridge Road
a distance of 1153 feet more or less.
Stone Road; acceptance of lines and grades from Gleason Road Extension
in a Northerly direction a distance of 162 feet more 6r less to a
• dead end .

James Road; acceptance of the lines and grades from Gleason Road exten-
sion, Westerly and Northerly a distance of 531 feet more or less to
a dead and .
Alden Circle; acceptance of the lines and grades, in a Southerly direction
a distance of 554 feet more or less to a dead end.
Chairman Johnson then requested Superintendent Putnam to interP eet
the various street layout plans and the drainage system involved, and to
answer any questions propounded by those present.

their opinions as noted:
