After some discussion, it was moved, seconded and voted to deviate.. from the rule requiring turn-arounds at the end of dead endstreetsre- garding Mark Avenue and Laurel Lane, as it was believed that eventually these two streets, if now dead-ended, would eventually become through streets, Mark Avenue outletting on Margaret (Private) Road and Laurel Lane autletting on Robert (Proposed) Road. It was therefore moved, se- conded and voted that Mark Avenue be dead-ended at Margaret (Private) Road and Laurel Lane be dead-ended at Robert (Proposed) Road, with no turn-arounds required on either street.
