Present were Chairman Kilgore, Messrs Johnson, 2anni, and Superintendent Putnam. Minutes of previous meeting held January 16, 1956 read and approved. Hearing held at 8:U5 P. M. on approval of lines and grades of Arthur B. Lord Drive, which runs from Forest Street in a Southerly direction to Birch Meadow (Proposed) Drive, and which will be an access road to the Forest Street Elememtary School. Present at the hearing were the following listed citizens, who expressed their opinion on the proposed layout as noted: John Austin, Chairman , Elementary School Building Committee - In favor William Burpee - School Committee Member ---- In favor of lines and grades, but presented hand-written letter from School Committee requesting that for the present some impersonal name be given to the proposed new road. After the hearing, it was moved, seconded and voted to approve the lines and grades of Arthur B. Lord Drive, and the layout plans signed by the Board of Survey. Temporarily adjourned at 8:15 P. M . to act as Board of Public Works. Reconved at 8 :3U P. M. as Board of Survey. Hearing held at 8:3U P . M. on approval of lines and grades of Glen Meadow Estates, proposed to be developed by Realty Construction of New England, Inc., and comprising seven streets, as listed. Arcadia Avenue - West Street to Arnold Avenue Edgemont Avenue - West Street to Arcadia Avenue Munroe Avenue - Arcadia Avenue to dead and Stewart Avenue - Edgemont Avenue to Shelby Avenue Shelby Avenue - Garrett Avenue to Arcadia Avenue Arnold Avenue - Munroe Avenue to dead end Garrett Avenue - Edgemont Avenue to Munroe Avenue The following listed citi7;ens, engineers and developers were present at the hearing, and expressed their opinions as noted: Warren M.
