Preliminary hearing held at 8 :30 P. M. on proposed layout
of Marla Lane, which runs from Forest Street Easterly of Grove Street
in a Northerly direction a distance of 466 feet, more or less, to a
turn around. Present were the developer, Mr. Robert Burette, and
1
Realtor Urban McNally.
As some 460 lineal feet of storm drain is necessary in
Forest Street to properly drain this proposed street, the developer
and the Board discussed the situation at some length. The final
proposed as decided by the Board was as follows, regarding the drain
to be installed in Forest Street:
Developer to excavate drain trench, purchase pipe, and cold
patch trench. Town to lay drain pipe, back fill trench,
install two manholes, and ultimately final-patch trench.
Developer Surette agreed to confirm this by letter to Board.
Board adjourned at 9:00 P. M .
Respectfully submitted:
