The meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:00 P.M.
Chairman Kilgore, Messrs. Donahue , Hopkins, Johnson, Zanni,
Assistant Superintendent Putnam and Philip Welch were present.
Records of previous meeting read and approved.
Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on grade change on Emerson (Private) Road.
Following persons present:
William E. MacBrien 273 Franklin St. Reading - No Comment .
Harry K .Kurchian 284 It it It - No.
Mary Kurchian 284 " it It - No.
Merle N. Connor 268 " it it - No.
Real Estate Inv. Too.
Fred L. Greene Lynnfield, Mass. - Yes.
Myron E. Wing 9 Wing Rd. Lynnfield Ctr. - Yes.
Edward F. Homer 57 Middlesex Rd.Stoneham - Yes.
Some objections were made as to the lack of drainage in Franklin
Street, and to the grade abutting land of Mr. MacBrien.
Grade change taken under advisement.
Received grade change on Kenneth Road, owned by Charles W. Hanson.
Voted to effect grade change. Town to assume construction of
required storm water drainage in Bear Hill Road.
Signed grade change plan as shown at Hearing held Ssme 7, 1954.
Board adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
