The meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 10:15 P. M.
Chairman Walker, Messrs. Hopkins, Johnson, Kilgore and Super-
intendent Welch were present.
Received letter from Town Counsel stating that, in his opinion,
the provisions of Chapter 674 of the Acts of 1953 are in effect now
in Reading.
Signed statements, addressed to the Land Court and the Registry
of Deeds, that in the opinion of the Board of Survey of the Town of
Reading the Subdivision Control Law is in effect in the Town of Reading.
Considered proposed plan for subdividing a lot of land at 59
Hanscom Avenue into two lots. Board of Appeal has approved the varia-
tion in the Zoning Law.
Voted to endorse on Plan the following:
The approval of this plan by the Board of Survey of the Town
of Reading is not required.
The signatures of all members present were affixed.
Board Adjourned at 10:45 P. M.
