The meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 10:45 P. M.
Chairman Walker, Messrs. Hopkins, Johnson and Superintendent
Welch were present.
Mr. Johnson acted as Secretary Pro Tem.
Records of previous meeting read and approved.
Considered plan of one lot of land abutting on Walnut Street
between lands of Marchinko and Cook and owned by C. Sumner Peel.
Lot as shown conforms with Zoning Law.
Acting under Section 81L of the Subdivision Control Law the
Board voted to endorse on the Plan the following:
"The approval of this plan by the Board of Survey of the Torn
of Reading is not required".
Said endorsement was placed on the plan and the signatures of
the members presentwere affixed.
Board adjourned at 11:00 P. M.
