HomeMy WebLinkAbout1951-04-30 Board of Survey Minutes Reading, Mass., April 30, 1951 The meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 7 :45 P.M. Chairman Hopkins, Messrs. Harrison, Walker, and Superin- tendent Welch were present. Informal hearing at 7:45 P.M. on proposed lines and grades for Gleason Road which runs northerly off South Street. Following persons present : Mr. George MacIntosh -- In favor Mr. MacIntosh agreed to complete the necessary excavation including ledge after which the Board will hold a formal hearing and sign the plan. Temporarily adjourned. Reconvened at 9:30 P.M. Informal hearing at 9:30 P .M. on proposed lines and grades for Timberneck Road, Tamarack Road, and Richards Road all of which constitute a proposed development at the southeast corner of Charles Street and Wakefield Street. No one present. The developer shall complete all earth excavation, ledge excavation and install all drain pipes and structures as shown on plan after which a formal hearing will be held.
