Meeting of Board of Survey opened at 7:45 P.M.
Messrs. Donahue, Harrison, Walker and Superintendent Welch
were present.
Mr. Walker acted as Chairman.
Received letter from Mr. Edward Homer, Treasurer, Real
Estate Investment, Inc. of Stoneham requesting fermal decision from
the Board of Survey relative to proposed extension of Indiana Ave.
from the end of the present public way to Summer Ave.
Voted to disapprove of the proposed layout as it contains
a lot at the northerly intersection with Su=mmer Ave. which violates
the provisions of the Zoning By Laws of the town.
