Meeting of Board of Survey opened at 7:30 P . M.
Chairman Calvin, Messrs. Donahue , Hopkins, Walker and Superin-
tendent r1elch were present .
Records of previous meeting reac and approved.
Received letter from Winslow Barhoe , 60 Prospect St. , Reading,
stating that he intends to proceed with preliminary construction work
on Glenmere Circle and asking if action is necessary by the Board of
Survey before he starts.
No action was taken as this matter has not been formally intro-
duced before the Board at a necessary hearing.
Adjourned at 7:45 P. M.
