Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:30 P.M.
in Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Cochrane, Board Members
Hodgkins and Kenney and Superintendent Welch.
Pinal hearing was held at 8:30 P.M. regarding the
acceptance of lines and grades of LIICY DRIVE which runs in an
Easterly direction from Pearl Street, a distance of 573 feet
to a dead end.
Messrs. John Ciardiello and Jerry Ciardiello, De-
velopers, and Mr. Eric Nitzche, representing Robert E. Anderson,
Registered Land Surveyor, attended the hearing.
The Board was informed that a written agreement cover-
ing details of the installation of drainage through lands of
Mr. Small had been executed. Mr. Hodgkins moved, Mr. Kenney
seconded and it was voted to approve the acceptance of the
lines and grades of LIICY DRIVE.
Preliminary hearing was held at 9:00 P.M. regarding
the acceptance of the lines and gradesct WESCROPT CIRCLE which
runs from Wescroft Road in a Southerly and Westerly direction,
a distance of 387 feet more or less to a dead end.
Mr. Nylander, Engineer for the Developer, Maynide,
Inc., presented the plan to the Board and explained the proposed
layout. A general discussion of the details of the plans ensued
regarding lot layout and drainage. The Board moved, seconded
`' and voted to take the plan under advisement.

the acceptance of lines and grades of Covey Rill Road which
runs from Franklin Street in a Southerly direction, a distance
of 750 feet more or less to a dead end.
Mr. Fred Dewsnap, representing Dana Perkins & Sons,
presented the plan for the Developer, George W. MacLeod Company,
Inc., and explained the proposed layout. The Superintendent
questioned whether the necessary easements had been obtained.
Mr. Dewsnap stated that the lawyer was still working on this
problem and the easements had not been obtained as of this date.
The Board voted to take the plan under advisement.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
