Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 7:40 P.M.
in Room 16, Municipal Building .
Present were Chairman Cochrane, Secretary Watt, Board
Members Florence and Kenney and Superintendent Welch.
Read note from the Superintendent regarding proposed
preliminary plans and suggested letter to be sent to the Devel-
opers of Yvonne Drive.
Mr. Florence moved that the Board of Survey disapprove
the proposed plan for the development of Yvonne Drive, Mr. Kenney
seconded and it was voted.
Mr. Kenney moved that the letter containing proposed
amendments be sent to the Developers, G. Ciardiello & Sons, Inc. ;
Mr. Florence seconded and the motion carried.
Read note from the Superintendent stating that the de-
velopers of Kensington Avenue have completed all the work re-
quired except the installation of sidewalks and tree lawns plus
some minor items. The Trustees of Victoria Trust request they
be allowed to file a cash bond of $2,000.00 and that the com-
mercial bond of $5,000.00 be released.
Mr. Kenney moved that the Board of Survey release the
c=ercial bond of $5,000.00 on Kensington Avenue and accept a
cash bond of $2,000.00; Mr. Watt seconded and it was voted.
Meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M. to meet as the Board
of Public Works.
