Read note from the Superintendent in regard to the re- quest by the Board of Survey that Orchard Hill Development Corp- oration resurface the present Marla Lane. Before Marla Lane can be resurfaced, it would have to be scarified, shaped, rolled and `y oiled. Since it is not a public way, the Developer, to protect himself, would have to obtain a Release from each abuttor. Mr. Watt moved that the Developer not be requested to resurface the present Marla Lane; Mr. Kenney seconded and it was voted. Preliminary hearing was held regarding the acceptance of the lines and grades of Breton Circle which runs in an Easterly direction from Border Road, a distance of 315 feet more or leas to a dead end. Leo B. MacDonald attended the hearing. There are only two lots involved and it is suggested that the land drain out to Border Road. Mr. MacDonald will confer with the Superintendent in this regard .
