Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:00 P.M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Watt, Secretary Kenney, Board
Members Cochrane and Leonard and Superintendent Welch.
Richard G. Priebe appeared before the Board and re-
quested of and received information with reference to the Sub-
division Control Law.
Mr. Welch advised the Board that Lester J. Peabody has
completed the work on Sherwood Road and filed a Surety bond in
the amount of $16,000.00 for the balance of the work in accordance
with the Board of Survey rules.
It was moved, seconded and voted to endorse the Final
.► Plan and Profile of Sherwood Road (see Plan 300-L-175).
Read letter from Ralph Morel, Double M Construction Co. ,
Inc. , requesting release of restrictions on James Road (Sta. 0+0
to Ste. 4+23.79) and Mr. Welch's comments thereto.
on June 16, 1958 the Board of Survey released the cove-
nant provisions on Gleason Road, Alden Circle and Stone Road but
did not include James Road. According to the Superintendent, all
provisions of the Board of Survey have been met.
Mr. Kenney moved that the covenant provisions be re-
leased on the above described portion of James Road; it was
seconded and voted (see Plan 300-L-083).
The Board discussed conditions at Victorian Park and the
result of corrections made by Warren Bros. Roads Company. Mr.
Welch informed the Board of his conference with Eric Sahlberg,
Trustee, who agreed to contact Harry V. Taylor, Trustee, and Tames
Heelen, representative of Warren Bros. Roads Company and arrange
for a meeting. In the event no satisfactory arrangements can be
made, the Board Members will view the area and resolve the sit-
uation.
