Survey
Meeting of the Board of -PubI4 :-ks was held at 7:45
P.M. in Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Hodson, Secretary Watt, Board
Members Brown and Kenney, and Superintendent Welch.
Richard E. Merrill advised the Board that Philip
Menici was interested in purchasing his development - Woodland
Street Extension. The purchase was contingent upon the tenta-
tive approval of the plan by the Board of Survey.
Mr. Merrill was informed that no Member of the Board,
or the Board as a whole, had any objections to the change of
ownership.
Meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
