Meeting of the Board of Survey was held November 21,
1960 at 9:15 P.M. in Room 14, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Florence, Secretary Harrison,
Board Members Leonard and Ames and Superintendent Welch.
Read letter from Maurice H. Donegan, Tree and Moth
Department, requesting that in the future the Board of Survey
provide for the planting of trees on all Board of Survey plans, -
subject to the approval of the Tree Warden. It was moved,
seconded and voted that the request be approved.
The Chairman read note from the Superintendent regard-
ing developers and contractors. A discussion followed. Mr.
Leonard moved that paragraphs numbered one and two of the Super-
4W intendent's suggestion be deleted from Item #7 on the Agenda
and no further consideration be given the aforementioned by the
Board. Mr. Ames seconded and it was voted..
Mr. Leonard proposedthat the note from the Super-
intendent be referred back to him for further consideration.
Meeting adjourned at 9'115 P.M.
