' A meeting of the Board of Survey convened in Room 122 , Reading
Memorial High School at 7 :05 P.M. Present were Chairman Hampson ,
Secretary Boucher , Board Members Barker , Griffin and Nitzsche and
Assistant Superintendent William A. Redford.
Following a presentation by the Department , the developer , and Hayes
Engineering , it was moved and seconded to approve the Definitive Sub-
division known as "Johnston Circle" in accordance with the memo from W.A.
Redford to A.V. Fletcher dated June 13 , 1986.
Mr . Griffin amended the motion and it was seconded to change the
date of submission of satisfactory transferable rights of easements over
private land for sewerage purposes from June 30, 1986 to July 30, 1986
(Item E) .
The amendment was voted 5 :0.
Mr . Boucher moved , and it was seconded to amend to eliminate the
phrase full sight easements and tree planting easements are provided
(Item H-3) .
This amendment was defeated 2 : 3 (Mr . Griffin, Mr . Boucher, and Mr.
Barker opposed) .
The main motion was voted 5:0.
The Board signed an Amendment to Agreement reducing the amount held
pursuant to a Tri-Party Agreement dated October 4, 1985 as performance
security for the completion of Sanborn Village Phase III from the amount
of $850 ,000.00 to $560,000.00 (a reduction of $290 ,000.00) .
