When this project is presented to the Commission, this lot will be critically reviewed for its consistency with the use of the buffer zone on the previous Sunrise Homes on Forest St. (2) The proposed plan does not include any means to control the increased rate of runoff from the subject site. The Commission will require some means of onsite detention, unless it can be proven to be not necessary (note: down- stream flooding conditions are known to exist) . Thank you for this opportunity to present the concerns of the Commission. Sincerely, Charles T.
