Topics of Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 7:10pm.
1. Minutes from the meeting on June 19, 2019 were reviewed and approved.
2. Officers
We need to have a Chair and Vice-Chair. Members voted to continue with Tom
Gardiner as Chair and to appoint Kathy Kelly as Vice-Chair.
3. Work Days
• The Purchase Order was just sent for the glulams.
• The Purchase Order for the kiosk was sent. Bo Garrison and Gina Snyder are
donating the money for the kiosk. Its location has been staked.
• Kim is going to update the budget request for the grant due to the cost of the
glulams and swamp pans.
• The Town Engineer suggested we put down stone dust on the ends of the
bridge and put the 8X8s on top it, for foundation to provide support and
drainage.
• July 20 is possible work day. (Fri, July 12 delivery - needs RTC member on-
site. Kathy volunteered.)
• Kim will reserve the Mattera Cabin for July 20 work day.
• Kathy will email volunteers.
• lean will email RTC + Bo and Gina re: change in work day (previously 7/13)
• Identified additional potential work days: Sep 21, Oct 5, Oct 19 (with Sunday
rain dates)

4. Street Fair
The committee decided not to have a booth because of all of the upcoming trail
work.
