Present were Chairman Wood, Secretary Barker, Board Member Griffin and Superintendent. E. Roger Louanis. The Board reviewed the letter from Parkwood Construction Company requesting an extension of the completion date for Bak Knoll Subdivision until September 30, 1983 on the advice of the Tree Warden for the planting of the trees, and requesting that the bond be reduced to the value of the work remaining. It was moved, seconded and voted 3:0 to extend the completion date on Bak Knoll Subdivision to September 30, 1983. It was moved, seconded and voted 3:0 to reduce the Three Party Agreement Bond to $20,000.00, releasing $100,000.00 of the present bond to cover any work remaining. The Board reviewed plans of a proposed new Subdivision off of Franklin Street to be called "Batchelder Estates". Superintendent Louanis stated that these plans were submitted to us on June 20. There will be a Public Hearing held on July 25. Asst. Superintendent Bergeron compiled a list of approximately 24 problems associated with the proposal, including the names of the proposed streets that would have to be resolved by the Contractor before approval would be given. There is a proposed sewer ejector system to be built on Lot S. The Department finds no major problems with this proposed development but many insignificant problems seem to be cropping up. Superintendent Louanis stated the Board will receive a copy of the list of concerns before the Public Hearing. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 P.M. Respectfully submitted,
