The Board of Survey convened in Room 16, Municipal Building at
9:14 P.M. Present were Chairman Wood, Secretary Fallon, Board Members
Barker and Griffin and Superintendent E. Roger Louanis.
It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 that the minutes of the
Board of Survey meeting of September 13, 1982 be accepted as written.
Under Old and New Business: Superintendent Louanis reported to
the Board that the Subdivision of "Oak Knoll" (Heather Drive and George
' Street) has been sold by John Cormier to Aurele Cormier.
Mr. Aurele Cormier has expressed his desire to enter into a
Three-Way Agreement for a Performance Bond and Release of all lots. The
amount of the bond is 4120,000.00. This would cover the complete
Subdivision. The documents came in and are in proper order.
Mr. Griffin moved that the discussion be tabled and the new
■{ developer be invited to the meeting of October 4, 19B2. It was seconded
and voted 4:0.
The meeting adjourned at 9:26 P.M.
