Present were Chairman Wood, Secretary Fallon, Board Members Barker and Polychrones and Superintendent E. Roger Louanis and Assistant Superintendent William R. Bergeron. It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 to approve the minutes of the Board of Survey Meeting of April 26, 1982 as corrected. It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 that the Board grant the extension of time on the Eastway Subdivision to Harwill Realty Trust to November 1, 1982 and the bond of $6,300 remain in effect until that time. The meeting adjourned at 10: 16 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Secretary April 27, 1982 Lawrence Drew, Town Clerk Municipal Building 16 Lowell Street Reading, Ms. 01861 Dear Mr. Drew: The Board of Survey of the Town of Reading, Massachusetts at their meeting held on April 26, 1982 voted 5:0 to disapprove the proposed subdivision of land called Oak Knoll Acres "Buckskin Drive", for the following reasons. Reference is made to the Town of Reading Board of Survey Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Lend, Adopted August 13, 1981 . The following list of items required were not submitted or were only partially completed: - 1. Section 4-A 2 . Section 4-0 43, 44 , 48 , 412, P16, 417 , 419, 419, 420 and 421 3. Section 4-C 4. Section 5-8 Crades: 4l 5. Section 5-B Street Cross-Section : 41a, Ile 6. Section 5-B Easements : 41 , 42, 43 7. Section 5-C 8. Section 5-H 42 .d. Additional Comments: 1. The class of the drain pipe must be on the plan. 2. The sewer main shall be PVC pipe. 3. The catch basins will have 30" openings at the top and no steps. 4. The proposed tree well is not acceptable as , shown. Reference is made to the Town of Reading Zoning By-Laws as amended to June 30, 1980. The proposed subdivision does not meet the requirements of the following sections: 1. Sec. 5.1.2 Table of Dimensional Control 2.
