A meeting of the Board of Survey ronvened in Room 16, Municipal
1 Building at 10:35 P.M. Present were Chairman Cowell, Secretary Wood,
P
Board Members DeHart, Fallon and Barker and Superintendent E. Roger
Louanis.
The Board discussed the request from Mr. Symes to extend the
Latham lane Subdivision Agreement and Mr. Bergeron's memorandum relating
thereto.
It was moved, seconded and voted 5:0 to extend the agreement on
the Latham Lane Subdivision to September 1, 1982 provided the finish
bituminous concrete is not installed until next year when the weather is
not a problem and the lot construction work has progressed.
The meeting adjourned at 10:37 P.M.
