' Meeting of the Board of Survey convened in Room 16, Muni-
cipal Building at 8 :07 P . M.
Present were Chairman Cowell, Secretary Wood , Board Mem-
bers DeHart, Barker and Clerk of the Board Louanis.
Chairman Cowell reed letter from 0. Bradley Latham, Esquire
requesting an extension of time on the subdivision known as San-
born Village (Sanborn Lane and Lilah Lane) until February 1, 1981,
Mr, John Rivers, developer, appeared before the Board and requested
that the Board disregard the letter from his attorney stating that
today' s developments could cancel the need for the extension request-
ed . McNeil Associates have come forward with the necessary tem-
porary construction slope easement on the south side of Sanborn
Lane. Mr . Butcher and Mr. Carlson were in agreement and were
willing to grant an easement but Mr . Butcher' s attorney stated that
Mr . Butcher should decline therefore Mr . Rivers must revert to the
' plan and direct the drainage between lot 10 and 11. Superintendent
Louanis recommended the Board disapprove the plan on the basis of
the Board of Survey Rules and Regulations, Section 5 :C:4 as cited
in the minutes of the Board of Survey dated November 24, 1980,
Mr. Rivers immediately requested permission to withdraw the plan
without prejudice .
A brief discussion ensued and Mrs. Wood moved , it was seconded
and voted 4:0 to allow Mr. Rivers to withdrew the plan of Sanborn
Village without prejudice.
Meeting adjourned at 8 : 19 P . M.
