Present were Acting Chairman Wood, Board Members DeHart, Fallon , Barker and Clerk of the Board Louanis. Mr . Fallon moved, at the request of Mrs. Gloria Hulse of Sanborn Lane to reconsider the Board ' s previous action concerning the waiver of sidewalk on the southerly side of Sanborn Lane. It was seconded. Mrs. Hulse stated that six of the ten families sign- ed the letter of request , three families were away and the fourth was a new resident who wished the area to remain as it is, stating further that the letter (copy attached) expressed the concerns of the residents in the area. Mr . Rivers, developer of Sanborn Village , is required to provide a thirty foot paved road and two ten foot sidewalk areas and stated "I can not and will not build sidewalks as it is not economically feasible." Mrs. Wood called for a motion to reconsider after considerable discussion. The vote 2:2:0. The motion to reconsider did not carry . Superintendent Louanis pointed out to the Board that action should be taken on the subdivision known as Sanborn Village since the sixty day period would expire on September 20th and recommended the Board disapprove the plan because the easements necessary for the subdivision had not been obtained and the drainage discharge into McNeil ' s property had not been resolved with that owner. Mr. Rivers requested the Board extend the decision time on Sanborn Village until October 7, 1980. Mr . Fallon moved that the extension for approval and final decision on Sanborn Village be postponed until October 7, 1980. It was seconded and voted 4:0:0. The Board read letter from Latham and Latham regarding a request to extend Covenant Agreement on Sunnyside Road Extension. Mr. Rivers appeared before the Board and stated he had worked for two and a half years with the Conservation Commission and has not as yet resolved the question. Mr . Rivers expects a decision in ' a few weeks from the Conservation Commission and no work has started on the project and none will be until the decision has been reached. Since most of the Board Members were not on the Board at the time of the approval of this subdivision and time still remains before this agreement expires it was moved , seconded and voted to table ' action on this request until more information is available. - Meeting adjourned at 9:35 P .
