' Meeting of the Board of Survey convened in Room 16, Munici-
pal Building at 7:30 P. M.
Present were Acting Chairman Cowell , Board Members DeHart,
Wood and Fallon, Clerk of the Board Louanis, Assistant Superin-
tendent of the Department of Public Works McIntire, Finance
Committee Member Linscott and Town Meeting Member Douglas Barker.
It was moved, seconded and voted to approve the minutes of
the previous meeting.
The Board reviewed and accepted as a point of information
the Engineering Division ' s report on the status of subdivisions
(copy attached) .
Read letter from Vincent C. Fantasia, Trustee of Terrace
Realty Trust requesting an extension until August 1 , 1980 on the
project known as Chapel Hill Estate. Clerk of the Board Louanis
stated he did not object to the extension of the bond provided
the amount of the bond were increased by approximately $12,000.
' The increase is required as the cost of the work anticipated by
the Engineering Division has escalated due to the inflation.
Mr. Louanis stated the roadway has been paved but there are several
lots not yet built upon. Acting Chairman Cowell suggested a letter
be written to Mr. Fantasia advising him the Board would be willing
to meet with him on February 1 th to discuss the extension of the
bond and reminding him we are still waiting for him to make neces-
sary repairs to a hydrant in the area.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
