Extension which lies northwest of Hartshorn Street at 7:45 P. M.
Chairman Price greeted the abutters and stated Mr. Babcock would
review the plan and answer questions from the Board and following
that, the meeting would be opened to questions from the abutters.
Mr. Babcock (246 rear Ash Street, Reoding, Ma. ) developer of Hanscom
Avenue stated that the modified plan consisted of seven rather than

bining the two lots at the end of the cul -de-sac and creating a flood
storage area on a portion of the lot at the end of the street it be-
comes a proper lot. Superintendent Louanis reviewed the route of the
water run off with Mr. Warren of 242 Bancroft Avenue and Mr. Wallace of
246 Bancroft Avenue and satisfied their concerns in this area. It
was moved seconded and voted to close the hearing. It was moved,
seconded and voted that the modified plan dated August 1 , 1979 be
