bers Testa, DeHart and Wood, Clerk of the Board E. Roger Louanis

Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as submitted.
Assistant Superintendent Bergeron displayed several pro-
posed plans of the subdivision known as Margaret Road Extension,
indicating one of the plans as the most viable. This particular
plan calls for a total of twenty-five (25) lots: seven (7) on
Aurele Circle and the remaining eighteen ( 18) on the cul-de-sac
off Lowell Street (Route 129) . Both streets are to be forty foot
(401 ) right-of-ways with a twenty-four foot (241 ) paved surface
edged with a sloped granite curb. All lots are to have a minimum
of 10,000 square feet and a minimum of 80' frontage. This plan
also calls for a thirty (301 ) foot easement for utilities and
emergency access between lots #16 and #17 from Margaret Road.
Mrs. Wood indicated she would like to see this area paved and
a walk easement obtained. It was agreed to present this plan
at the July 30th scheduled Continuation of a Public Hearing on
Margaret Road.
Meeting adjourned at 11 : 15 P. M.
