$1,400 in force and effect.

Trust requesting an extension of time on the Agreement on the Subdivision
known as Hopkins Farm from June 15, 1978 to June 15, 1979. Mr. Cormier
also requested an extension from February 18, 1979 to February 18, 1980
on the Agreement on Mile Post Road. Following a discussion, it was moved,
seconded and voted to grant an extension of time on the Hopkins Farm
Development between Haystack Road and Old Farm Road from June 15, 1978
