Meeting of the Board of Survey opened in Room 16, Muni—
cipal Building at 8:00 P. M.
Present were Chairman Dustin, Secretary Price, Board Mem—
bers Blood, Russell and Cowell , Superintendent Louanis, Assis—
tant Engineer Redford and Finance Committee Member Carl Beaulieu.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as written.
The Board reviewed Assistant Superintendent Bergeron's re—
port concerning County Road Extension. Following a brief dis—
cussion it was moved, seconded and voted to release $10,500.00
of the $12,000.00 bond retaining a balance of $1 ,500.00 at this
time.
Mr. Chester Sullivan, Trustee of Main Street Realty Trust
and Developer of Parkview Estates furnished the Board of Survey
with a Performance Bond in the amount of $30,000.00 on the devel—
opment on November 21 , 1977. Mr. Sullivan requested that Lots
' 8 and 18 be released from the agreement.at this time. The Board
agreed to release Lots 8 and 18 and signed the Release retaining
however the full amount of the Performance Bond.
