It was moved, seconded and voted that the Board release $1 , 100.00 on Field Pond Drive and $1 ,000.00 on Rustic Lane. Read memorandum from the Superintendent concerning Lot 23 of the Riverside Homes development off Sunnyside Avenue. The Superintendent recommended that the Board release Lot 23 from the Covenant Agreement providing the lot is sold to Mr. Dinbergs and becomes a part of the exist- ing lot at 34 Sunnyside Avenue. Following a brief discussion, it was moved, seconded and voted to release Lot 23 of the Riverside Homes Subdivision from the operation of a Covenant in order that said lot may be combined with Lot A on Sunnyside Avenue to form one larger lot with the understanding that Lot 23 is now no longer considered a separate buildable lot. Read letter from Chester C. Sullivan, Trustee, Main Street Realty Trust requesting that the Board grant a year's extension of the Covenant Agreement or until August 5, 1978, his reasons being that he did not receive the Order of Condition from the Conserva- tion Commission until February 1977 and there was more drilling and blasting than had been anticipated.
