Meeting of the Board of Survey opened in Room 16, Munici—
pal Building at 7:45 P. M.
Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board
Members Blood, Price and Botka, Finance Committee Member
Douglas Cowell , Superintendent Lo*anis, Acting Assistant Super-
intendent Bergeron together with/Larry Beaulieu, Lynn Stasz,
Patricia Trombly and Gary Hollands from the Conservation Commission.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted with
correction.
Mr. Dustin read Notice of Public Hearing relative to the
application for approval as a subdivision the property of River-
side Homes, Inc. located off Sunnyside Avenue. Mr . William
Jones, Engineer from the firm of Dana Perkins & Sons reviewed
the plan and the Chairman then asked for questionsfrom the repre-
sentatives of the Conservation Commission and the abuttors who
' attended the Hearing. Questions concerning fill , run-off of
surface water and impact on the sewer system were answered by
Mr. Jones, Mr. Rivers, the developer and Attorney Latham. It
was then moved, seconded and voted to close the Hearing. No
action was taken.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P. M.
