1 Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 9:30 P. M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board
Members Blood, Price, Botka and Superintendent Louanis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as written.
Read memorandum from the Superintendent recommending that
the Board release $15,600 of the $21 ,000 bond on Lisa Lane since
the developer on the project has adequately completed as much
work as possible for the present construction season and the
balance of the monies must be retained to cover completion of
loam and seeding and miscellaneous clean-up items. It was moved,
seconded and voted to release $15,600.
Following a brief discussion it was moved, seconded and
voted to:
Release Lot C, County Road Extension from the Operation of
' the restriction in Section A in the Agreement dated May 24, 1976
recorded with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in
Book 12982, Page 197• The Board signed the Release.
Release Lots 1 through 11 and Lot 33 and 35 through 41 in-
clusive on Old Farm Road, Lot 32 on Haystack Road, Lot 34 on
Walnut Street and Lots 51 and 52 on South Street from the oper-
ation of a Covenant Agreement dated June 15, 1976 recorded with
Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 13005, Page
530 and from the operation of restriction in paragraph 1 as speci-
fied in the Agreement of August 24, 1976 and recorded in Book
13047, Page 662. The Board signed the Release.
Release Lots 1 through 9 inclusive on Lisa Lane from the
operation of the restriction in paragraph 1 as specified by
the provision of paragraph 3 in the Covenant Agreement filed
with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book
12854, Page 218. The Board signed the Rease.
Release Lots 2 through 10 inclusive and Lots 28 through 34
inclusive on Chequesette Road from the operation of the restric-
tion in paragraph 1 as specified by the provisions of paragraph
3 in the Covenant Agreement. The Board signed the Agreement.
Mr. Russell reported that Mrs. Laschi 's six year old son
had fallen through the ice on November 11th at the pond created
by the weir structure constructed by the developer of the Hopkins
Farm Subdivision. A general discussion ensued relative to the
depth of the water in the area and whether or not the weir had
been constructed according to plan. It was agreed that the pre-
sent condition was a definite hazard and the Engineering Division
should be instructed to investigate the area and prepare some
possible solutions to the problem and report back to the Board
on November 22d.
