HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-06-07 Board of Survey Minutes June 7, 1976 ' Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 7:45 P. M. in Room 16, Municipal Building. Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board Members Price and Botka, Superintendent Louanis and Assistant Superintendent Bergeron. * Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as written. Read Notice of Public Hearing regarding modification of lines and grades of Chapel Hill Estates. Mr. Eric Nitzsche of Anderson Engineering represented the developer and explained the proposed modifications that are being requested in an effort to meet the requirements of the Conservation Commission. Mem- bers of the Board of Survey were concerned that modifications suggested by the Public Works Engineering Division might not be acceptable to the Conservation Commission and requested that the Conservation Commission respond to the modifications ' in writing to insure that a consensus could be reached by the Board of Survey and the Conservation Commission prior to the Board of Survey approval of the modified plans and profile. Conservation Commission Member Henry Fienemann asserted that they would confer with their consultant and report back to the Board of Survey at a later date. It was moved, seconded and voted to close the hearing and it was moved, seconded and voted to table action on approval of the modification of plans and profile until correspondence from the Conservation Commission had been received. regarding their acceptance of the modification.
