Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 9:25 P. M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board
Members Blood, Price and Botka and Superintendent Louanis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as read.
Attorney James Killam appeared before the Board to ascer—
tain the status of Mr. Mazola's subdivision known as Pheasant
Hill stating that he knew the Plan had not been recorded since
its approval because the client he represented owned some of
the land within the subdivision. Negotiations have been
completed with Mr. Mazola but a deed would not be given until
the subdivision was ready to be recorded. After considerable
discussion it was agreed that the subdivision approval could
be up—dated by the Board when and if Mr. Mazola Petitioned the
' Board for such approval provided the engineer certify on the Plan
that no modification has been made.
Read letter from Jeffrey L. Musman of the Law Firm of
Gordon, Sachar and Tobin requesting County Road extension Plan
be re—endorsed so that it may be recorded in the Registry of
Deeds. The Developer was unable to record the Plan within
the six months period from the date of approval and now has
made arrangements for developing and requires the Board's
certification that no modification has been made to the Plan.
It Was moved, seconded and voted to so certify and the Board
signed the Plan.
Res ctfully submitted,
Secretary •
