Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board Mem-
bers Blood, Price and Botka, Superintendent Louanis and Donald
Trudeau from the Finance Committee.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as written.
The Superintendent reviewed the Order of Conditions issued
by the Conservation Commission for the three subdivisions known
as Hopkins Farm, Parkview and Bainbridge Road pointing out that
Order of Condition resulted in a need to modify the approved
Board of Survey Plan. Responsibility for requesting the modifi-
cation in the approved Board of Survey Plans lies with the
Developer. Of the three subdivisions, only the Hopkins Farm
Developer has requested a new hearing which is scheduled for Nov-
ember 3, 1975. After a considerable discussion the Superintendent
' was instructed to contact the Conservation Commission in an effort
to determine what rational was used in arriving at the modifica-
tion prior to the Hearing on the Hopkins Farm Development.
Letter from Donald W. Suchma of the firm of Tyler and Reynolds
and Craig with respect to the Hopkins Farm Development was accepted
as a point of information.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P. M.
