HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-10-20 Board of Survey Minutes October 20, 1975 Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8: 15 P. M. in Room 16, Municipal Building. Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board Mem- bers Blood, Price and Botka, Superintendent Louanis and Donald Trudeau from the Finance Committee. Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as written. The Superintendent reviewed the Order of Conditions issued by the Conservation Commission for the three subdivisions known as Hopkins Farm, Parkview and Bainbridge Road pointing out that Order of Condition resulted in a need to modify the approved Board of Survey Plan. Responsibility for requesting the modifi- cation in the approved Board of Survey Plans lies with the Developer. Of the three subdivisions, only the Hopkins Farm Developer has requested a new hearing which is scheduled for Nov- ember 3, 1975. After a considerable discussion the Superintendent ' was instructed to contact the Conservation Commission in an effort to determine what rational was used in arriving at the modifica- tion prior to the Hearing on the Hopkins Farm Development. Letter from Donald W. Suchma of the firm of Tyler and Reynolds and Craig with respect to the Hopkins Farm Development was accepted as a point of information. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P. M.
