' Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 7:45 P. M. in Room
16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board Mem-
bers Blood, Price and Botka and Superintendent Louanis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted with correc-
tion.
The Board discussed the development known as County Road
Extension. It was moved, seconded and voted to sign the Final
Plan and to notify the Town Clerk of this action.
The Board read memorandum from the Superintendent regard-
ing Maple Ridge Road Extension (Hemlock Realty Trust) notifying
the Board that the roadway has been constructed according to the
Town' s specifications and recommending the release of the cash
bond. It was moved, seconded and voted to release the savings
bank passbook with funds in the amount of $5,400.00.
' The Board read letter from Fidelity and Deposit Company of
Maryland and memorandum from the Superintendent regarding Wood-
land Street Extension. It was moved, seconded and voted to re-
lease Bond No. 77 3$ 576 as Woodland Street has been completed
according to the Town of Reading's specifications.
Read letter from Crestwood Realty Trust, developer of Lisa
Lane requesting a reduction in the bond in view of the amount
of work done to date. Upon the recommendation of the Superin-
tendent, it was moved, seconded and voted to release $19,000. and
retain $21 ,000. of the bond held by the Wakefield Savings Bank
for the completion of Lisa Lane.
The Board read report from Mr. Bergeron on the subdivision
known as Bainbridge Road Extension. It was moved, seconded and
voted to approve the Plan of Bainbridge Road Extension subject
to the two additional items cited by Mr. Bergeron, i .e. the
certificate of ownership must be submitted and the easement
across the land of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston with
the recordable plan for the proposed easement must be obtained.
